What is the essence of having a funeral?
Every individual deserves respect along with love from the day they are born until such time they face death. Giving tribute or giving honor to a person who already passed away before us is a very essential thing to do. Providing them of a decent funeral is just one way of showing how much we value them until the day they die. There are actually two ways of providing such decent funeral to the ones we love. First is through burial which involves embalming the body and putting them in a casket or coffin and then finally burying them down the ground. It has been a common practice and was used even the earlier times. Next is with the use of cremation. It is where the body is being introduced into an extreme temperature generated by a furnace which later on turns the deceased’s body into ashes. There are also other practices that individuals do practice just before they bury or cremate the body of the dead. It is being executed mainly according to their practices and the beliefs they follow and believe.
